On August 4, 2010, my father and hero, Patrick Hogan, was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome, which is kind-of like a "pre-leukemia". Since then, his cancer has progressed into Acute Myelogenous Leukemia, the evilest type out there.
These are my thoughts and reflections on this whole wretched thing.
